Information for Darrel Parker services in Fairbury.

Darrel Parker, 56 is the LODD in Fairbury with Fairbury Rural Fire District.  The funeral will be on Monday at 10:30 at FourSquare Church at 6th & H.  The family has requested a very simple funeral and we will be following their wishes.  Help is needed with casket guard beginning Friday afternoon until Monday morning at 9 am 24 hours a day.  PLEASE call Karla Houfek at (402) 499-1773 to arrange your slot.  Also, share the information about casket guard with EVERYONE that you can to get more people for casket guard. No apparatus will be allowed to park at the church or at the cemetery because space is very limited BUT, your apparatus is allowed to attend.  There is very few commitments at this point for helping and really could use more people to help out. Priority right now is casket guard.  Updated information can be found on our Facebook page to get the word out about both of these LODD’s . You may also check back here.
